Relieving Stress - Regaining Control.


 

Great after a day at work!

This is an hour in your busy week that will leave you feeling calm, renewed and stronger in your body and mind.

Many of you will look forward to this as your weekly fix of de-stress time. For during this hour of Yoga For Relaxation you can forget about everything else in your world and take this time to let go, breath, relax and focus on the positives as you tone up and release tension from your muscles.

This class is suitable for beginners and all ages.

The postures are based on Hatha yoga and you are welcome to go as deeply or as gently as you wish. We focus on toning the main muscle groups (bums, legs, arms and abdomen) as well as strengthening the spine. There is no competition in the class and the atmosphere is friendly, warm and relaxed. After practicing these postures you will begin to notice you feel more flexible, aches and pains can diminish and your well being will increase as you feel healthier and stronger.

We complete the session with a deep relaxation - so you may wish to bring along a blanket or something warm to get the most benefit from this.

Group Classes are available in the Luxury Retreat Hillmotts in Beaconsfield and Private 1-1 sessions in your own home.

Yoga for Relaxation is facilitated by Kimberly Haines, trained Fusion Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Singer/Performer.
